Bath Wedding with Inspiring Rooftop Golden Hour | Bath Wedding Photographer

Situated in the heart of the historic city of Bath, the Assembly Rooms is a grade I listed building which offers a truly unique setting for your nuptials. With its grand Georgian architecture the Assembly Rooms is sure to make for the perfect venue in the heart of this historic city.

Felicity and Tom had a beautiful ceremony at the Bath Assembly Rooms in the stunning octagon room, followed by an awe inspiring, golden hour, rooftop gathering at Tom's parents' penthouse flat. The day was filled with so much love and laughter, and I was honored to be a part of it!

The Assembly Rooms is such an iconic Bath building, and it made the perfect backdrop for Felicity and Tom's ceremony. They exchanged their vows in front of their family and friends, the love in the room was palpable. After the ceremony, we wandered around the streets of Bath for some couple portraits. The sun was shining and everything just felt so perfect. We even managed to sneak in a confetti exit before heading to Woods restaurant for the reception!

Woods restaurant was the perfect place for Felicity and Tom to share their first meal as husband and wife. The food was absolutely amazing, which was followed by the speeches which were so heartfelt but mainly absolutely hilarious… the whole room was in roars of laughter during the grooms speeches which was delivered with perfect comedy timing.

Following the wedding breakfast Felicity & Tom had a break in their timeline, and having discussed it in out pre-wedding meeting, they decided to do what I think most brides & grooms would LOVE to do on a wedding day… they took some time out! They walked to Toms parents penthouse flat, only 5 minutes away, to have a cuppa, a sit down & an epic outfit change! The flat overlooked the centre of Bath city so of course we made the most the sunset & did some golden hour portraits while we were there which were just the perfcet way to capture the couple in a more intimate space away from the bstling city streets.

For the reception we made our way to the Holburne Museum for a beautiful sparkler entrance, the look on Felicity and Tom's faces when they saw all their guests cheering for them was priceless. And of course, no wedding would be complete without a cake cutting! But instead of cake, Felicity and Tom had an epic chioux bun tower - it was SO good!

Felicity & Tom's wedding was a lesson in doing it your way & working your timeline to suit your personalities. Every detail was planned perfectly for them and instead of cramming loads in they took a step back to enjoy it! I feel so lucky to have been able to capture their special day and wish them all the happiness in the world!
