I appreciate your patience while I work through all your beautiful galleries. The maximum timeframe for final galleries is 12 weeks.

FAQs

  • The maximum editing time is up to 12 weeks to be finalised and sent to you. Keep an eye on this page to see where you are in the queue.

  • If there’s photos in colour you’d like to also have in black & white or visa versa then I’m more than happy to edit these for you. These go back into the editing queue so get these to me as soon as you can.

  • Your gallery is live for one year, in this time I highly recommend backing up your photos on two devices (eg hard drive & cloud) and ideally a printed copy (album or prints). If you want to extend your online gallery then just let me know and we can discuss it.

    (As per the contract I am not obligated to keep copies of your photos past delivery so make sure your photos are safe)

  • Guests & family: Absolutely! I don’t charge your friends & family for downloads. They can also order prints etc from the store if they wish.

    Vendors: Your package includes personal printing rights which does not extend to distributing photos to suppliers & other businesses, so to make sure you have a hassle-free experience just tell them to email me directly so that I can give the the T&Cs

Working hours

my admin hours are Mon-Thurs 9.30am-3pm and are at the mercy of school holidays & other life stuff. And because I’m usually at weddings at the weekends or it’s sacred family time, I ask that you leave it 2 weekdays before chasing any email/message you’ve sent. If for whatever reason I cannot get to messages then I’ll likely announce it on instagram so go give me a follow to stay up-to-date.
