Intimate Winter Elopement in Bath Guildhall | Becky & Paul

When Becky and Paul starting to plan their “big” day they decided they wanted to branch away from a traditional wedding & keep it small and intimate. They chose the stunning Bath Guildhall for their nuptials & invited only their closest family members to witness their vows.

On a cold January morning, the couple made their vows in front of the small gathering of family. The stunning Bath Guildhall is located right in the centre of the historical city and is the perfect romantic setting of any couple. After the ceremony, and a confetti throw, the couple took a stroll around the beautiful streets of Bath, getting some precious alone time during their couple portraits, including some portraits outside of the Abbey where they got engaged - love it when we can incorporate some of the backstory into the wedding photos!

After portraits, the couple and their family headed to the Woolley Grange Hotel in Bradford on Avon… The perfect setting for a relaxed and fun afternoon tea, the guests enjoyed a delicious spread of sweet and savoury treats while celebrating the newlyweds. The kids ran wild in the gardens and everyone huddled in the warm around the fire to keep them warm with the frosty temperatures outside. It felt like such a calm & relaxed way to celebrate, especial on a cold winter day it was perfect!

It was a truly special day for Becky & Paul, I felt like part of the family for the day, and I can only thank them for having me along to capture it all.
