Holburne Wedding Photographer | Bath Wedding photography

The beautiful Beth and Tom invited me along to their dreamy, intimate wedding to capture their big day from start to finish. This wedding is a great example of what a full day package covers & showcases what you can achieve from your wedding gallery too.

We started the day in a beautiful, modern flat in the heart of Bath where the bride & her wedding party got ready for the day. These photos encapsulate everything that is wonderful about investing in a photographer to capture the preparation stages of your wedding day.

Beth and Tom chose a very sentimental location for them and their families to say their vows. The ceremony was at Priston church, where Tom's Grandfather had been the Vicar his whole life. A characterful venue full of warmth and history, it acted as the perfect backdrop to this family orientated affair. Followed by drinks at the local pub in Priston, the day's events set the tone of a chilled, people-first time. Perfect for this warm and laidback couple.

The newlyweds then headed into Bath city centre, Pultney Bridge, to take couple portraits before heading to their reception venue to meet their guests. Couple portraits are the wedding photos that you’ll frame on your wall for years to come, they should capture the vibe of the day and the couple in a beautifully poignant moment. They are often considered the more “posey” shots in your wedding gallery, but my style of photography is to capture you relaxed, having fun & chatting about what an EPIC day you’ve had so far which ends with photos like Beth & Toms - chilled, intimate & natural.

Then on to their reception! The absolutely beautiful and iconic Holburne Museum acted as host to the bride and grooms laidback reception, the historic building has been featured in many period dramas (Bridgerton was actually filmed there!). After a relaxed bbq dinner the couple & guests chose to dance the night away to an awesome live band & I have to say some of these shots were some my favourite, when the dance floor shots turn out this epic it feels like a no brainer, don’t you think?
